Refund Policy
Purpose and Nature of Enrolment
Tutopia Private Limited (“Company”) offers structured academic programs involving advance allocation of faculty, mentoring resources, technology infrastructure, learning systems, academic planning, and operational support.
Accordingly, upon enrolment, the Company immediately commits and allocates substantial academic and operational resources specifically for the student. The student and parent/legal guardian acknowledge that enrolment is not merely a seat reservation but the commencement of a structured educational engagement.
Cooling Off Period
Students may request a full return within 15 days of enrolment. This cooling-off period allows a change of mind without the restrictions that apply after this window closes.
Terms
The Company’s obligations, and its allocation of resources (LMS, faculty, mentoring, study material, onboarding, credentials), are deemed to commence immediately on enrolment, regardless of my/our actual attendance or use of the course.
Exceptional refunds after the cooling-off period are considered only for genuine, serious medical incapacity supported by Government Hospital/Institution records, entirely at the Company’s sole discretion.
Where a refund is exceptionally approved, the Company will still apply deductions for administrative, marketing, academic, operational, technology, financing, and onboarding costs already incurred as demonstrated in the table below.

Only the Tuition Fee will be eligible for refund on a proportionate basis.
Refund requests need to be sent to cancel@tutopialearningapp.com. No other channel of communication will be entertained for such purpose.
After 3 months, students with single year subscription will not be eligible for refund on tuition fees. Students with multi-year subscription, will be eligible for refund on tuition fee of second year onwards proportionately.
Students with attendance below 80% in Live class will not be entertained against teaching quality and methodology. On that case, refund will not be entertained due to such reason.
Where a monetary refund is not permitted, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer non-cash alternatives such as batch/course transfer to another student proposed by the existing student / guardian, wallet or course credits, or an academic hold/freeze that year which can be utilised later on. Students may also opt for one of the professional courses offered by Tutopia by adjusting the course fee already paid.
Any EMI/loan financing is a separate agreement with the third-party lender. The Company is not responsible for loan repayment, foreclosure charges, or lender disputes, and these remain payable till the time we reach a settlement.
The Company does not guarantee any specific academic result, rank, score, placement, internship, or career/income outcome. Testimonials and marketing material are indicative only.
