Tutopia Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Tutopia, our goal is to give every student the best learning experience. We also understand that sometimes, parents or students may change their minds. That’s why we have a simple and transparent cancellation and refund policy:
1. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription within 72 hours of purchase and receive a 100% refund.
- If you make a refund request after 72 hours, your request will still be accepted under our refund policy (see below).
- Cancellation and refund requests are valid only if submitted through:
- Email: info@tutopialearningapp.com (please include your registered email ID and phone number).
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are based on the time elapsed since purchase:
Time from Purchase Refund Amount
Within 72 hours 100% refund
After 72 hours up to 15 days 60% refund
After 15 days up to 30 days 40% refund
After 30 days No refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method/bank account within 15 working days.
3. Important Notes
- No cash refunds; all refunds are processed digitally.
- This policy complies with Indian consumer protection laws and is designed to protect both students and the learning platform.
- “Smart Note and TV Box” as a product is non-refundable under any circumstances.
